General booking conditions
These Booking Terms, together with the general terms of use and privacy policies related to booking, form the basis of your contract with Luxury Villa Monika by Pasquale Elia.
Please read carefully what is contained in this document, as the respective rights and obligations are defined here.
In these Booking Terms the terms “you” and “yours”, “your” refer to all the names indicated in the booking (including the names added or replaced at a later time). “We” and “our” refer to Luxury Villa Monika. The term “Suppliers” refers to any third party that can provide transport services, ha-tellerie or any other service directly contracted with you. By making a reservation, the person completing the process is identified as the group leader and confirms that he or she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to these booking conditions. The leader of the group is responsible for any payment due to us.
You will accept our booking process without exception as described below.

You will be directed to a secure page where you can see quote and availability. You can then immediately confirm your booking by credit card on secure and secure pages. The cost of your stay

Changes made by you
In case you wish to make changes to your booking already confirmed, you must necessarily notify us by emailing info@www.luxuryvillamonika.com or p.elia@aci.it indicating the reason and nature of your change. While it is our goal to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your every change request. When the conditions for which it will be possible to make the requested change to the booking you make are fulfilled, this transaction will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent re-booking and any subsequent criminal
Cancellations made by you
In case you or any participant in your group has the need to cancel your stay after booking confirmation, the leader of the group is required to notify us immediately. Your cancellation notice will only take effect if you make it to our Reservations Centre by email to info@www.luxuryvillamonika.com or p.elia@aci.it (if permitted by the type of booking). On this occasion you will receive an email confirming your cancellation request. We suggest that you save this cancellation number for your convenience.

RESORS AND DELETE PENALITY
For cancellations communicated:
- Within 20 days from the date of booking: 100% refund of the deposit paid
- After the 20th day from the date of booking: 50% refund of the deposit paid
- Within 15 days of arrival no refund
In the case of an early departure, the cost of booking will not decrease and there will be entitlement to discounts or refunds. Nights not used are considered to be a penalty for non-cancellation or modification within the 20-day period.
Changes and deletions made by Us
We plan deals and rates several months in advance. Occasionally we need to make changes or correct website errors and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. It is our best to try to avoid changes and cancellations as much as possible, but we reserve the right to make them. If you or any person you know has health problems or disabilities that can affect the course of your holiday, please let us know before confirming your booking. Accommodation will be available from 14:00. Cost of booking
The price of the booking is always understood for the base capacity of 6 people regardless of the number of guests. Example: If one, two or three people book the Villa, they always pay the same price as 6 people (basic capacity).
For additional guests, that is, from 7 to 10th the cost of extrabed will be applied. This cost varies based on seasonality and pricing strategies used.
